Job Description
Power Digital is a tech-enabled growth marketing firm seeking an Account Director to lead clients across B2B, Consumer Services, CPG/Retail, Fashion, Lifestyle/Ecommerce, and Enterprise spaces. The role involves driving performance through integrated marketing tactics and providing strategic insights to clients. The firm values diversity, innovation, and a people-first culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication or related discipline
- 8+ years digital marketing experience in strategic planning, consumer insights, digital integration, and client services
- Proven track record of delivering high customer satisfaction scores
- Extensive CRM or Marketing Operations platform experience (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, Hubspot)
- Experience speaking to business-level metrics (LTV, CAC, etc.)
- Campaign leadership skills for end-to-end campaign development
- High dependency, self-starter with good organization and time management skills
