Associate Director of Paid Social

Power Digital is seeking a full-service growth marketing manager to oversee a team of 4+ direct reports. The role involves managing client accounts, developing team members, driving client growth, and executing strategic marketing solutions. A strong leader with experience in performance media buying is expected.

Requirements

• Legally able to work in U.S. without visa sponsorship
• 3+ years of experience in performance media buying, ideally in a digital or media agency (inclusive of 1.5+ years of experience in performance media buying on Meta)
• 2+ years of E-commerce experience
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Experience with Google Analytics, Shopify, and other technical platforms
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to ask clarifying questions
