Email Marketing & Deliverability Specialist, (Healtcare)

As an Email Marketing & Deliverability Specialist, you'll turn cold prospects into warm conversations through smart strategy, clean execution, and rock-solid deliverability. You'll build and optimize nurture sequences, monitor deliverability metrics, and maintain impeccable list hygiene.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in email marketing, ideally with a focus on cold outreach/prospecting.
• Strong track record managing cold email campaigns across multiple ESPs.
• Excellent written communication, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Deep expertise in deliverability tools, ESPs, and email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Solid understanding of compliance frameworks like GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
• Experience managing list hygiene, segmentation, and targeting strategies.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort digging into technical issues.
