Legal Counsel

Power Factors is seeking a Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team with global accountability. The successful candidate will provide general legal advice, draft and review contracts, and support legal operations initiatives.

Requirements

• JD or LLB from an accredited institution; licensed to practice in Canada or the US
• 2 - 5 years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house, ideally with technology or SaaS companies
• Strong contract negotiation and management skills, with a practical and commercial approach to problem-solving
• Solid understanding of privacy laws (US and EU) and information security
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-growth environment
