They are seeking a Renewal Account Manager to manage renewal contracts, ensuring on-time renewals and a positive customer experience within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Manage relevant contracts and drive renewals.
- Engage with customers to understand budgets and processes.
- Forecast renewals and identify opportunities for strategic adjustments.
- Support contract management processes, including amendments and pricing adjustments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CSMs, Sales, RevOps, Finance, Support, Legal).
- Maintain a customer-focused approach with a focus on early and on-time renewals.
