The Contracts and Commercial Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the commercial and contractual arrangements between the Company and its customers, suppliers, and partners.
Requirements
- Develop and monitor the implementation of commercial and contractual strategies that support the Company's business objectives and growth plans.
- Negotiate and manages contracts with customers, suppliers, and partners, including reviewing and drafting contracts, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of contractual and commercial performance, including monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators and metrics.
- Manage the contract database and ensure all contracts are up-to-date and properly documented.
- Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on contract and commercial matters, including best practices, processes, and procedures.
