Employee Relations Specialist

The Specialist Employee Relations is responsible for managing and resolving complex employee relations issues, providing advice and guidance on employment laws and regulations, and working closely with HR teams, managers, and employees to ensure fair and consistent treatment across the organization.

Requirements

• Develops and implements Employee Relations strategies and initiatives
• Provides guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters
• Investigates and resolves employee complaints, issues, and conflicts
• Maintains pay plan and benefits program
• Monitors and tracks performance of the direct reports
