HSE Officer

The HSE Officer assists to perform execution of safety practices and procedures, including implementation of Project HSE plan, conducting task analysis, evaluating hazardous and risk conditions, and investigating accidents/incident. The role also involves developing and implementing training programs and ensuring a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards
• Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and hazard analyses
• Ability to investigate accidents and incidents
• Skill in developing and delivering HSE training programs
• Effective communication skills
• ERP knowledge (SAP functional skills a plus)
• Minimum 5 years of working experience (3 years relevant experience in GCC a plus)
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering
• Diploma in NEBOSH or any related technical certificates
