Job Description
The Rig Driller leads and supervises drilling operations on the rig floor, ensuring safe, efficient, and effective execution of drilling activities.
Requirements
- Oversee and execute daily drilling activities according to approved well programs
- Operate drilling equipment, including rotary tables, top drives, and drilling motors
- Monitor drilling parameters and report anomalies to the Rig Manager and Drilling Supervisor
- Maintain accurate drilling logs and operational reports
- Train and mentor junior drillers and rig crew members
