The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining planning and budgeting/forecasting, analyzing trends, and recommending actions. The position maximizes return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.
Requirements
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including financial modeling, variance analysis, and forecasting, to support strategic decision-making
- Develop and maintain financial models and tools to assess business performance, evaluate investment opportunities, and forecast financial outcomes
- Conduct financial reviews and audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards, USALI and regulatory requirements
- Present financial analysis findings and recommendations to senior management, board members, and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing financial expertise, analyzing trends, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and communications for internal and external stakeholders
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional development
