Senior Legal Counsel

The Senior Legal Counsel is responsible for determining commercial legal activities and ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and charters. The role assists in assessing and controlling legal information, providing counsel to executives, and devising defense strategies.

Requirements

• Contribute to the development of PIH’s vision, mission, and strategy
• Advise, prepare, draft, review, comment, and/or negotiate complex contractual documents
• Participate in the review and negotiation process of various tenders and contracts
• Provide legal advice and opinions on risks and related commercial issues
• Determine the legal risks connected with or resulting from the business strategy and operations
• Assess the compliance of business operations with relevant laws and regulations
• Ensure that the awareness of business employees for compliance with relevant laws and regulations is created and maintained
