Senior Technical and Design Manager

The Senior Technical and Design Manager is responsible for all designing/technical aspects of the Company’s operations, inclusive of value engineering opportunities, construction and overall methodology, method statements, engineering design drawings, shop drawings and material submittals and follow up approval.

Requirements

• Lead and manage interdisciplinary teams of designers, engineers, and technical experts
• Develop and implement design strategies and technical solutions
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex design and technical challenges
• Review and approve design concepts, technical drawings, specifications, and documentation
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team
• Act as a primary point of contact for technical inquiries, design-related issues, and stakeholder communications
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and technical fields
