The Quality Engineering Manager serves as the champion of product quality and customer satisfaction for Power Integrations. The role requires seamless collaboration across internal engineering teams and the supply base, as well as direct engagement with customers on technical quality matters.
Requirements
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline
- 10+ years of experience in customer quality engineering for integrated circuits
- Expertise in the 8D problem-solving methodology
- Direct customer-facing experience in a quality management role
- Strong problem-solving skills across semiconductor products and manufacturing processes
- Excellent technical writing skills with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and factually
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical discussions
