Job Description
Power Plus is seeking highly skilled Generator Service Technicians or Generator Diesel Mechanics to maintain, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and test generators ranging from 5 kw to 4000kw. The company provides power solutions and is committed to employee development and customer service. They have a 35-year history of excellence in the industry.
Requirements
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude, particularly with diesel generators.
- Technical schooling, automotive or transportation fields, commercial, residential electric and or like military experience a plus.
- Willingness to learn and use new technologies.
- Available to work various shifts, weekend, holidays and on-call pager rotations with occasional out of town travel/overnight stays.
- Able to safely operate heavy equipment, forklifts, and mobile cranes accordance to OSHA regulations.
