Lead Video Surveillance Administrator

They are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Lead Video Surveillance Administrator to support internal operations within their Designed Video Surveillance division. The role involves managing equipment workflows, coordinating processes, supporting field technicians, and ensuring operational consistency. It may require flexible working hours and overtime.

Requirements

• Track DVS equipment inventory, coordinate material orders, and monitor trailer and camera allocations.
• Support technicians by ensuring they have accurate job details, equipment, and documentation.
• Assist in creating and maintaining internal process documentation, pickup tickets, and PORs.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure alignment on job priorities, installations, and follow-ups.
• Troubleshoot and escalate issues with DVS equipment or camera systems.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure installations and deployments meet standards.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new internal staff on DVS processes
• Manage and track employee KPIs to ensure performance standards are being met.
• Supervise DVS employees and provide guidance as needed.
• Address additional operational needs as they arise.
