Job Description
powercloud, an IT company shaping the energy industry since 2012, is seeking an Account Manager to join their Berlin office. The role involves strategically developing customer relationships, analyzing accounts, securing and expanding sales, managing contracts, and driving cross-selling/upselling opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction and collaborating with internal teams to provide seamless service.
Requirements
- Experience in account management or a comparable, customer-oriented role
- Confident communication skills at all levels
- Ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in German and English
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings
- Experience in supporting customers in the IT or enterprise software environment
