Job Description
PowerTalent is looking for a skilled Lead Salesforce Developer to join their team in Lisbon, Portugal. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience and maturity in Salesforce development and a strong understanding of best practices within the technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- 8 years of experience in Salesforce development
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations
- Good level of Git, SFDX and pipelines CI/CD
- JavaScript/HTML to customize templates, troubleshoot campaign behavior, and ensure proper rendering across browsers
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to guide and motivate a team of developers
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written)
