PracticeTek is seeking a HubSpot Marketing Specialist to own campaign execution, reporting, and marketing performance insights within our HubSpot platform. This role will partner closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Revenue Operations to ensure HubSpot is fully leveraged for lead generation, pipeline contribution, and revenue growth.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in HubSpot Marketing Hub.
- Proven track record of building and optimizing marketing campaigns within HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of full funnel reporting enabled through Hubspot with B2B marketing funnel metrics and revenue operations workflows.
- Deep understanding of paid media campaign tracking within HubSpot as well as related lead scoring, marketing attribution and campaign ROI analysis.
- Strong experience in HubSpot to Salesforce workflows and integrations.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales Ops and Rev Ops to provide meaningful cross-company reporting against campaigns.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating data into insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Strong reporting, analytics, and data storytelling skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
