Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in inside sales, sales leadership, or sales training
- Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams
- Deep understanding of consultative sales methodologies, objection handling, discovery frameworks, and value-based selling
- High proficiency with CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, and AI-driven tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
