Requirements
- 10+ years in direct management experience
- Experience with performance metrics, process improvement, and lean techniques
- Experience with full staffing life cycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and terminations
- Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgement in stressful situations
- Experience handling global projects and deliveries
- Experience in an agile environment

- Program management experience
- 10+ years of Engineering Leadership experience
- 10+ years of progressive experience delivering software as part of a full stack development team
