Job Description
We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in working in an SA or Pre-sales role with a B2B SaaS provider and will be fluent in Japanese. The role involves understanding customer technology stacks, optimizing localization processes, and leading prospects through proof of concept.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- Clear and efficient oral and written communication in English is a must
- Fluent in Japanese (Native level)
- Experience in working in an SA or Pre-sales role with a B2B SaaS provider
- Experience in working in an international technology business
- Experience in SAAS onboarding is preferable
- Experience in integration projects involving API and connectors
- Hands-on machine translation experience is a plus
- Technical proficiency in content-related solutions and systems
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Ability to drive multiple projects toward completion in parallel
