Job Description
ARRISE is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their dynamic Legal Commercial team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of post-qualification experience as a lawyer, with a proven track record in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of commercial agreements.
Requirements
- Law degree from an accredited university in any EU or UK jurisdiction
- Minimum of three years of post-qualification experience as a practicing lawyer, with a focus on commercial or corporate law
- Proven expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements, including those with cross-jurisdictional elements
- Exceptional ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, accessible language for non-legal stakeholders
- Strong negotiation skills, balancing the pursuit of favourable terms with the cultivation of positive business relationships
