Requirements

• Advanced English (written and spoken)
• Experience in office administration or similar roles (minimum 3 years preferred)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A proactive mindset with attention to detail and a can-do attitude
• Familiarity with event coordination, vendor management, and basic financial tracking
