Requirements

• Conduct in-depth research on complex regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions of interest.
• Interpret and monitor licensing obligations, ensuring the business meets its regulatory requirements.
• Project-manage license applications from initiation through to completion, liaising with internal stakeholders and regulators.
• Contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of compliance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support best practices across the business.
• Perform horizon scanning to identify upcoming regulatory changes and assess potential business impact.
• Support the business in identifying, understanding, and mitigating compliance risks.
• Support and contribute to the ongoing development of the Compliance Monitoring Programme.
• Act as deputy for the Head of Compliance when required, providing leadership and decision-making support.
• Strengthen the internal compliance framework and help cultivate a culture of integrity and regulatory awareness throughout the business.
• Assist with gathering and reviewing internal documentation to support regulatory initiatives and audits.
• Prepare, review, and deliver clear and concise compliance reports for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintain oversight of regulatory reporting obligations, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Provide ad-hoc compliance advice and support to cross-functional teams across the organisation.
