Team Lead- ACT Team

As a Team Lead for the ACT Team, you will provide supervision of clinical services, plan and implement staffing, and facilitate team meetings. You will work collaboratively with other staff to meet the needs of participants and their families.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a licensable behavioral healthcare field or nursing
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical practice with knowledge of, and experience in, use of evidence-based practices
• Skill in group, individual and/or family counseling as appropriate
• Travel may be required as this is a community-based program
• Supportive of the mission of Prairie Ridge and the patients we serve
• Proficiency in oral and written communication skills, as well as documentation requirements
• Technology skills allowing for proficiency in use of electronic health record
