Pratum is seeking a motivated Leasing Agent to join their team at a PB Section 8 property. This role involves leasing apartments, ensuring compliance with housing regulations, and maintaining customer relationships. It requires a strong understanding of HUD programs and a commitment to providing high-quality apartment management services.

Requirements

• Process applications, verify income, and complete required Section 8 paperwork.
• Maintain excellent customer service.
• Manage leases and maintain property knowledge.
• Work any of the seven days of the week, 52 weeks of the year.
