Maintenance Supervisor

This Maintenance Supervisor role involves managing all maintenance-related repairs and upkeep of the property, ensuring the apartment complex is prepared for move-in, and overseeing project completion. The role requires direct supervision of maintenance staff, managing expenses, and maintaining vendor relationships. A strong focus on customer service and high quality results is expected.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented and hard working
• Extensive knowledge of residential building systems (boilers, chillers, etc.)
• Professional building system licenses are preferred
• HVAC and/or CFC certifications required
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in residential property management
• Attendance/Travel Requirements (week-based with emergency coverage)
