Job Description
The Ideal candidate is a Residential Apartment Maintenance Technician with at least 2 years of experience in property management maintenance & repair. This role reports to a Maintenance Supervisor and involves a variety of tasks including patching, painting, painting, and basic repairs. Reliable transportation and physical stamina are essential.
Requirements
- 2+ years of basic experience in residential property management maintenance & repair
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Reliable Transportation
- Ability to physically access all property parts
