Vice President of Compliance (Affordable Housing/Multi-Family Property Management)

This Vice President of Compliance role focuses on maintaining compliance with all affordable housing programs (LIHTC, Section 8, etc.). The position will manage the day-to-day activities of compliance specialists, ensuring properties are compliant with regulations and providing technical support to compliance and property management staff. Responsibilities include audit review, LIHTC reporting, LIAISON and client relationship building, and ensuring accurate reporting.

Requirements

• Formal training and/or certification in related field (HCCP, SHCM, C3P, COS, CPO, BOS or equivalent).
• Five (5) years of experience in compliance monitoring of HUD-assisted & LIHTC multifamily housing properties.
• Experience supervising and/or managing a highly engaged team.
• Strong knowledge of LIHTC and HUD regulations.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Smart Sheets.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English.
