Head of Patient Services

We’re hiring an experienced, patient-first leader to build and oversee the Patient Services function for our emerging neurology portfolio. You will design and implement strategies that deliver exceptional patient support.

Requirements

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for patient services and support programs.
• Design and implement patient services infrastructure, including call centers, digital support systems, case management, and patient resource centers.
• Hire, train, mentor, and manage a dedicated patient services team, establishing a culture of empathy, efficiency, and excellence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate patient services into broader organizational objectives.
• Leverage patient insights and feedback to continuously improve programs and services.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness.
