Job Description
We're seeking a Senior Director of Market Access to build Market Access infrastructure from the ground up across two distinct launches. The ideal candidate is a high-output operator with deep curiosity, sharp judgment, and the ability to move from insight to action – fast.
Requirements
- Own and execute U.S. pricing strategy
- Develop actionable contracting strategies
- Drive HEOR and value story development
- Lead key Market Access governance processes
- Develop foundational payer engagement tools
- Conduct and synthesize competitive and policy intelligence
- Serve as Market Access lead on cross-functional workstreams
