The Program Manager, Medical Communications is responsible for creating, managing and communicating the program development workflow plan, providing strong verbal and written communications to clients and internal teams, and ensuring compliance guidelines are followed.
Requirements
- Create, manage and communicate the development workflow plan
- Organize and maintain online project folders
- Oversee client's medical/legal/regulatory process
- Provide consultative role with Strategic Account Director
- Monitor BVA reports and alert SAD of deviations
- Invoicing process, including reconciliation and client financial reports
- Act as primary client contact for project status, MLR process and invoicing
- Provide strong verbal and written communications to clients and internal teams
- Ensure compliance guidelines are followed
- Manage logistics vendor and perform meeting planning tasks
- Manage vendors not associated with strategy and content
- Oversee Program Coordinator assignments and provide coaching and training
