The Sales Operations Senior Manager plays a pivotal role in identifying and driving global Business Development strategies to achieve ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Requirements
- Lead and inspire a diverse, global team across multiple regions, fostering collaboration and cultural awareness
- Drive strategic initiatives that support global scalability and operational efficiency
- Provide direct line management for team members, including performance reviews, coaching, and career development planning
- Manage the tracking and management of all Clinical Solutions and Translational Sciences activity in Salesforce
- Oversee all Clinical and Translational pipeline review calls, opportunity triage calls, business review calls, and adhoc calls
- Oversee process optimization, reporting, and compliance across all business development operations
- Partners with the Business Development team on meeting/event planning and management of travel to trade shows and other events
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance productivity
