Job Description
Precision Resource seeks an Equipment Maintenance Technician to join its well-established manufacturing division in Vernon Hills, IL. The company offers a collaborative culture, good compensation package, and many benefits.
Requirements
- Perform scheduled maintenance on plant equipment and machinery
- Repair, troubleshoot and maintain large conventional presses and custom production equipment
- Maintain all pumps, HVAC, presses, tumblers, and sanding equipment
- Maintain Cooling Tower, parts washer and driers
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, mechanical and pneumatic issues
- Respond to equipment stoppage, mechanical breakdowns
- Ensure proper documentation and information is recorded daily
- Take an active part in training and helping others as needed
- Participate in continuous improvement teams
