Job Description
Precision Resource is a family-owned leader in precision metal component and assembly production using the fineblanking method. They are seeking a CNC Programmer/Set-Up Technician to improve existing manufacturing processes, integrate automation, and support daily operations. They offer a supportive team environment focused on employee development and a welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements
- CNC programming experience, ideally with Mastercam.
- Experience with 3D CAD software, preferably SolidWorks.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding drawings and schematics.
- Familiarity with controls, industrial robotics, conveyor systems, and PLC programming.
- Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
- At least 3 years of manual machining experience.
- 3+ years of CNC machining and programming experience
- 5-axis CNC machining expertise (a plus)
- To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S. or protected individual as defined by ITAR (22 CFR §120.15)
