Insurance Customer Service Representative - FT - Chatsworth

The Insurance Customer Service Representative will provide service to Premier America members for insurance products offered by the credit union and assure the success and growth of the Insurance Services Department.

Requirements

• Previous experience with and thorough understanding of the insurance products sold, and the terminology used in the industry.
• Requires and maintains an active P&C insurance license clear of judgements in the states where the credit union conducts business.
• Knowledge of Credit Union products and services.
• Excellent sales abilities, with solid presentation skills.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and follow-through skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work well independently.
