Clinical Social Worker

Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking a highly qualified Clinical Social Worker for Qatar. The role involves conducting psychosocial assessments, providing counseling and support, developing treatment plans, and contributing to social program development. The ideal candidate will be a Master's and Bachelor's graduate with experience in Qatar or a prior experience and eligibility for licensing. The position is currently open for applications.

Requirements

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and diagnoses.
• Perform safety and risk assessments, implementing necessary interventions.
• Provide information, referrals, and education services to patients and their families.
• Offer supportive counselling and facilitate group therapy programs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans, discharge procedures, and future planning for patients.
• Coordinate and prioritize available resources to optimize patient care.
• Contribute to the development, evaluation, and improvement of social programs.
• Monitor, analyze, and assess public and social policies.
