Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking experienced Recruiters to manage recruitment processes for a client in the construction industry within the GCC region. The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, managing the full onboarding process, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline. Candidates must be currently based in the GCC.

Requirements

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for construction and engineering roles.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding process.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other documentation.
• Maintain employee records and prepare regular onboarding status reports.
