Job Description

They are seeking a Client Services Partner to support the enhanced scan workflow, ensuring a seamless experience for both patients and physicians. The role involves managing clinical processes, coordinating post-scheduling, providing patient and physician education, and facilitating home lab draws.
Requirements
- Experience in patient coordination, healthcare operations, or clinical support roles
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Experience working with sales and physician relations teams
