Job Description

Requirements
- Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment.
- Inspect, operate, test, maintains and repairs mechanical devices, machinery, equipment and tools.
- Perform preventative maintenance.
- Diagnose mechanical problems.
- Install electrical and gas appliances.
- Assist with landscaping and snow removal.
- Input work requests in electronic system.
