Requirements
- Answer phone calls and handle customer chats
- Provide customer service and solve issues
- Check order quality before dispatch to ensure it matches the picture
- Assign orders to drivers and manage dispatch
- Handle store cash and submit daily reports
- Report low-stock items and customer special requests
