Join our team as Commercial Director and lead our sales teams in Stockholm and Copenhagen. You will be responsible for new sales within new target groups/products, building a prominent sales organization, and developing exceptional sales teams.
Requirements
- Building a prominent sales organization with a high-performing culture, common vision, clear and ambitious goals, positive competition, continuous learning and development, accountability, engagement, and drive.
- Evaluating individual and team competencies, strengths, and needs through coaching, monthly 1:1 meetings, and giving and receiving feedback.
- Lead, develop, and motivate exceptional sales teams.
- Recruit the right people and continuously develop employees.
- Develop sales handbooks and build an academy for fast and efficient onboarding of new employees.
- Implement the company's strategy and be involved in defining future strategies.
- Closing deals and ensuring that we reach our strategic goals.
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers (C-level executives from Sweden's largest and most exciting organizations).
