You will be responsible for new sales of new target groups/products, building new departments and ensuring membership growth to secure our position as Denmark's fastest-growing community for professional development.

- Lead, grow, and motivate exceptional sales teams

- Develop sales playbooks and build an academy for fast and efficient onboarding of new employees
- Execute the company's strategy and help define future strategies
- Close deals and ensure we reach our strategic goals
- Expand relationships with customers (C-level leaders from Denmark's largest and most exciting organizations)
