Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Wellness Team

Presley Healthcare, LLC is looking for an experienced LPN to become our wellness nurse in Pikeville, Tennessee. The position focuses on preventive measures and visits for Medicare patients along with patient outreach for assistance with medications and social determinants of health.

Requirements

• Must be up to date on licensure and certifications including BLS
• Experience in phlebotomy, IV therapy and quality measures is a plus
• 2+years experience in a clinical setting, recent graduates welcome to apply
