Job Description
Presrite Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance program at their Jefferson, OH forge operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring equipment is in proper working condition, reducing downtime, and identifying opportunities for improvement through data analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management or related field
- Minimum of 10 years Industrial Maintenance experience
- At least 3 years experience in a maintenance leadership role
- Experience in preventive maintenance, CMMS, and troubleshooting
- CMRP certification is desired
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods
- Ability to collaborate with diverse work groups and floor associates
- Excellent time management and leadership capabilities
