Job Description
This Associate Manager of Operations position is focused on supporting operations activities for the Packaging department, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and fostering continuous improvement. Requirements
- Associate degree with at least four years of OTC or pharmaceutical packaging experience
- B.S. with at least two years of OTC or pharmaceutical packaging experience
- FDA-regulated industry experience and understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and cGMPs
- People Management/Supervision experience
