Job Description
The Director of Plant Operations is responsible for the overall performance of the Operations team, a crucial area within an FDA-regulated cGMP facility focusing on Manufacturing, Blow molding, and Packaging for over-the-counter personal healthcare products. This role involves developing operational plans, analyzing performance, and improving site and business goals.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Operations, Engineering, Scientific or equivalent
- Minimum of ten (10) years of related experience
- Five (5) years of managerial experience in GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging
- Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
