Job Description
Pretium Packaging is a leading designer and manufacturer of innovative packaging solutions. As a Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process, setting up and operating machines, monitoring their performance, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating plastic molding machines preferred
- Strong understanding of plastic manufacturing processes and equipment
- Mechanical training/aptitude and technical training on packaging, plastics and printing equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
