Job Description
Price Benowitz LLP is seeking an experienced Senior Family Law Attorney to lead complex family law matters in Prince William County, Virginia. This full-time, in-office position offers leadership, mentorship, and a supportive environment within a growing practice of family law, criminal defense, personal injury, and trusts & estates.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Virginia (required).
- Minimum of 5–8 years of family law experience.
- Strong legal writing, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to develop case strategies and deliver effective client advocacy.
- Leadership ability and interest in mentoring junior attorneys.
