Job Description
Price Benowitz LLP is seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Paralegal to join their growing Personal Injury Team in Washington, DC. The role involves managing complex cases through intake, discovery, and trial support, requiring strong legal support and medical knowledge. Paralegal will analyze medical records, draft documents, and coordinate case proceedings. They will also perform legal research.
Requirements
- Demonstrated case management experience in either personal injury and medical malpractice litigation.
- 2+ years of legal experience as a paralegal.
- Strong analytical and review skills for medical records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and legal document management systems.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills.
